Shipping

We currently ship to mainland UK and Denmark. For shipments to the UK please refer to our UK website. All shipments to Denmark are free of charge above 200 DKK of purchase. We aim to have all shipments to Denmark completed with 48 hours when possible. The products will be delivered to your nearest pakkeshop.

You should pick up your package within the delay indicated by our fulfilment partner. If you are unable to pick up the package within that time frame either contact our fulfilment partner or info@tiosdrinks.com. Should you fail to do so within that time frame indicated, the package will be sent back to our HQ. You can then collect the package from our HQ or you will have to pay for a new shipment to your address.

Delays 

Tios Drinks does not accept responsibility for delivery delays or for failed delivery, though we will work closely with our partners to do everything we can to help with any missing or delayed deliveries.

Age Restriction & the Delivery of Alcohol

By placing an order for one of these items, you are declaring that you are 18 years of age or over. Whenever alcohol is delivered to the purchaser, it shall only be delivered to a residential address or business address. Upon receipt of an order the recipient, if they appear to be under the age of 25, may be required to produce an approved form of identification.  Alcohol shall not be delivered to a person who is in a public place e.g. in a street, a park etc. Once the products have been delivered, according to your original delivery instructions, they become your responsibility.

Returns Policy

 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond as quickly as we can with instructions on how to return items from your order.

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Only products bought on www.tiosdrinks.com are eligible for refund. If you have purchased our drink through a third party supplier, you should discuss any refunds directly with this supplier. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are exempt from being returned.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

 

* Any item not in its original condition or that is damaged not due to our error.

 

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@tiosdrinks.com.

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items may not always be eligible for refund. This will be evaluated by Tios drinks ApS on a case by case basis. 

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@tiosdrinks.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item that costs over 30 GBP, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
